Whilst we all wind down for the end of the year, this week's episode comes out specially on New Year's Eve.
My word for 2023 was "excitement" and from a personal experience, there have been trips to more places around the UK than ever before, attending conferences, going to gigs and attending the very special Eurovision.
In my personal life, the introduction of "step-children" has brought on a new dynamic, and how that balances in with managing the business has been an interesting challenge.
But the key bit that you all want to know about is the business. With a new venture starting half way through the year, this second business is already more successful than the first. And I'm going to share the moves I made and strategies I applied that got me there in 2023, to make this year an even greater success than 2022.
2022 was about finding my feet.
2023 was about following my intuition.
I'm dreaming bigger, going for the big vision, and transitioning into being a business owner, not being self-employed.
And I urge you too, to reflect on your year, not just from a business perspective but your personal life too - it's just as important. And I wish you a Happy New Year as we close on 2023, and head into the wonder that's going to be 2024!
