In this episode, I share why I took a break from the podcast over the past few months. Balancing the demands of teaching first grade, a long commute, and personal health challenges, including adrenal fatigue and chronic stress, led me to step back and focus on healing. The grief of losing my beloved dog, Kalena, made everything harder, but deep healing practices, especially yoga, helped me regain my strength. I am back and excited to reconnect with you!
