Dr. Jill is now branching out to the exciting world of podcasting. In this short trailer, she shares the reasons why Ask Dr. Jill is a new way to take the mystery out of medicine.
The podcast will release a new episode on the first and third Wednesday of each month beginning on November 4, 2020. However on that launch date, listeners will get an early "mini-binge" as the first three episodes all drop on the same day!
In episodes 1 & 2, she unpacks the best methods to strengthen your immune system, improve sleeping patterns, and select the right mix of vitamins/herbs for your body. In episode 3, Dr. Jill shares preferred protocols to prevent COVID-19 infection.
