Previously, many of you may have worked with an individual Realtor. We take a different approach as a team. It’s similar to visiting the doctor’s office with several employees, including the receptionist that takes your information and nurse that checks your blood pressure. Although this isn’t physical surgery, this is surgery on your home.
An individual agent can only be in so many places at one time, including working with buyers and sellers, mediating negotiations, tending to administrative work, and organizing open houses. It’s a lot more work when there isn’t a team.
