We are discussing the things that you will want to know about timeshares before you decide to travel down that road. I have first-hand experience with timeshares and as a mortgage loan officer, I've seen first-hand the affect that timeshares have on individuals who are trying to purchase a home.
The decision to purchase a #timeshare is not one that should be made lightly and definitely not one that should be made within a two-hour pitch from a salesperson who is trying to convince you to buy a timeshare. The next 47 minutes can save you years of stress and tens of thousands of dollars.
