This is the first episode of our series about psychic detective work.
We found this topic endlessly fascinating throughout the course of research for this series. There are so many cases that have been solved via the work of psychic detectives that it is simply astounding that they are not used more.
In the world of the paranormal, ESP is a well known concept in PSI. The psychic detectives we cover in the episode start to introduce us to this concept.
In this episode, we cover the work of two Australian psychics who were able to find missing persons through their unique methods of divination.
We then go back centuries to examine the first court case that may have been solved through the help of a ghost.
For our final segment, we examine how a spiritualist and medium, Robert James Lees, found himself an unwitting psychic detective that might have been able to solve one of the most sensational murder cases of the 19th century, none other that the case of Jack the Ripper, had police listened to him.
