There is always something to be grateful for. In this episode, I shared on being thankful for what we have, for the little things and big moments in life. People who regularly practice gratitude by taking time to notice and reflect upon the things they're thankful for experience more positive emotions, sleep better, feel more alive, express more compassion and kindness, and even have stronger immune systems. Practicing gratitude regularly can contribute to a sense of well-being.
