Today my beautiful friend Heather Beresford is here to join us, and we’re chatting manifestation, change and nervous system regulation… with a touch of human design :)
These are the key points from our conversation:
- We are always manifesting - often it is overlooked because it’s so natural - and sometimes it’s what we don’t want because the fear based subconscious beliefs we think 90% of the time are so strong
- When we are living in chronic stress our nervous system is dysregulated, so it is challenging to clearly state what we desire because the higher functions of our brain are “offline” since we are focused on survival
- Every baby step / micro action towards your desire counts. Building a new neural pathway in our brain takes time (min 21 days + practice)
- Change is a natural part of life. Grief often accompanies change. Tools like breathwork and grounding techniques (orienting, earthing, visualization practices, hand on heart) can help you feel anchored within yourself + more empowered in your life as the exterior world shifts
- The more you listen to and trust your intuition, the easier your desired manifestations unfold
- Understanding your human design can really help you consciously manifest and build the true life you deeply desire
