Foraged Tea - today we try Yarrow (Achillea Millefolium) which grows abundantly in our district. I think I've found a new favourite. Avoid if pregnant or breastfeeding, and if surgery is coming up.

So much practical advice on how to make teas, tinctures, balms, ointments, poultices, and much more.

You will be amazed at how easy it i to make natural cleaning products too.

The Glossary this week is all about the botanical names for colours.
