For the artist known as D.S Williams, writing has always been a form of expression, a way to educate, or a means to escape. Be it through his skill as an MC, his ability as a poet, or serving as the voice of the jettisoned, through his blog Cognegro's Corner, he has realized the power of the spoken and non spoken word! With over 15 years of writing and performing to his credit, D.S has concluded that he has only arrived at the tipping point of his journey. Already with two projects under his belt, the critically acclaimed, debut album "Strength in Letters" and the recent collaborative effort entitled "Mirrorz Edge", D.S Williams is out to continue to amaze his listeners with his inward rhyme schemes, adroit wordplay, and gesticulated performances!
