Emily Stark is a corporate wellness and career coach who built Wraparound Return’s Program out of sheer necessity. After years of coaching return to work and transitioning parents with her business, Marketable Mama, LLC., she saw a serious need for bridge support during their return to work. The hardships she experienced in each of her return-to-work experiences were echoed alongside many clients reporting life strains during career transitions. Emily tracked these trends of hardship and built out Wraparound Return to offer unique support for individuals amid their transition back to work, hiring managers, and returnship teams.
