Throwing it back to our VERY FIRST EPISODE EVER (WTF should I be eating?) and giving it a little makeover :) Diet is often the first place people start on a health journey because eating food is the one thing we do every single day that we have a decent degree of control over. We originally did this episode because we ourselves found it really f*cking confusing when it came to nutrition, what to eat for optimal health, and what to generally avoid. Our first episode still rings true, but it's been 2 years and we've learned a TON through both education and our own personal experiences. In this episode, we revisit the pillars of a wholesome diet and also discuss the newest important things we've learned about how to optimize health through food. This is the perfect place to begin a healing journey, or refresh and simplify a current one because we'll be the first to say it's super easy to get caught up in all the noise and info out there.
