I get it - the pull to start yet another quick-fix fad diet is extreme right now.
Especially if you feel like your eating was out of control over the past few weeks or months.
Especially if you're unhappy with your weight and your body right now.
Especially if you see everyone around you re-joining WW, downloading My Fitness Pal, or swearing off carbs yet again.
But remember - restrictive diets almost NEVER work long-term. 95-98% of people who go on a restrictive diet either never lose weight at all, or they lose some but gain it all right back as soon as they stop depriving themselves.
But here's the good news: you don't need a restrictive diet to lose weight this year.
You don't need to cut out all your favorite foods, force yourself into a completely unrealistic exercise routine, or feel hangry and deprived all the time. Not this year.
In today's episode, I'm showing you a better way.
I'm showing you exactly how *I* get back on track after a particularly indulgent holiday season - and (spoiler alert!) it involves zero restriction or misery.
