Two years ago, the podcast industry was a very different landscape than what you see today. With over 2.4 million podcasts worldwide as of June 2022, this industry does not seem to be slowing down anytime soon. So, the big question is: how do you get involved?
When the founder of PODKIND, Cameron, entered into podcasting over 4 years ago there were very few resources for people that wanted to get a job in the industry. Other than the odd job posting on LinkedIn, Indeed, Upwork, etc, there wasn't much information available for people that were interested. Unless you already have a following, podcasting can be very difficult to enter into, especially for those behind the scenes. Through this he saw the opportunity to start a platform to help people find their next opportunity, or client. Tailored towards building a platform that bridges incredible companies with podcast professionals. Welcome to PODKIND.
