Welcome Queens and Kings to another episode of the Wake Up ⏰️ call 📞 with me Leo Crystal Queen.Today I have Terry Fairclough as a guest. He started his working life as a chef. He worked in Michelin star restaurants, banqueting events, touring with bands and even in hospitals. After nearly 10 years he decided he wanted a change. He went back to collage and trained to become a personal trainer. This opened many doors. He went on to study pre and post natal, postural analysis, sports massage, sports and finally clinical nutrition. He was fascinated with the human body and how complex it is. He loved it when I had a client that followed my recommendations, whether they were postural, exercise or nutrition, and seeing get their desired results. His philosophy is based on the holistic approach. Let’s find out why the problem occurred and deal with that rather than a sticky plaster. He has a 6 pillar system. 1. Eat right for your genetic body type 2. Exercise right for your genetic body type 3. Get enough sunlight for your needs 4. Get enough sleep / rest 5. Find what works for you to destress. 6. Drink the right amount of water for your needs Be the healthiest you you can be. Give your body what it needs to optimise its function and see how much better you feel.
