We all make and regret bad decisions. When we do wrong, we want to make it right because we feel guilty, but guilt has a way of wearing off and then you're prone to make that same bad decision again. To make right the wrong we seem to consistently commit, we can't think right actions clear us when it's really about becoming different within. Don't start thinking you can bring that kind of change to your life, thought....you're going to need some help from the right person.
