Finishing is my Super Power! I have been a finisher all my life. The flip side of that is - I prefer projects with start and end dates than running, continuous, same-old, stuff. I get things done and it is the most annoying thing to work with those who can't ever finish anything. Finishing is often the difference between being paid or not. I know some people are great at starting with enthusiasm but quickly get bored and so they never finish. Some never start - but some who start never finish. NEITHER ACCOMPLISH VERY MUCH!
