  • Motivate through fostering individual success, not just financial incentives. Help employees feel pride in their work.
  • Communicate consistently in the right style for each audience. Tailor to "lions, turtles, camels, and monkeys".
  • Celebrate wins by putting customer feedback dollars towards team events and charity. This incentivizes engagement.
  • Capture lessons learned all year long to enhance future planning. Use tools like OneNote or quarterly meetings.

The key is aligning the entire company through consistent, tailored communication and tracking metrics to stay on course towards strategic growth goals.
