Food Scientist, Nutrition Expert, and Author

Christine Hronec is an author, engineer, nutrition scientist, and bikini fitness competitor. Holding a B.S and M.S. in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Drexel University. Christine got her start at Fortune 100 Company DuPont as a Chemical engineer for six years. After more than a decade of experience as an engineer in research, development and manufacturing, Christine leaped into entrepreneurship and founded a cGMP FDA-registered dietary supplement manufacturing facility. Once she crossed over into the world of sports nutrition, she combined her areas of expertise and founded Gauge Girl Training in 2013, an international online meal planning and coaching service. In addition, Christine is the owner and founder of Gauge Life, an all-natural dietary supplement brand established in 2019. Through years of coaching (helped approximately 50,000 women transform their bodies and switch to a body-positive self-image) and research, Christine has discovered the key to fat loss is eating the optimum ratio of macronutrients—protein, carbohydrates, and fat—for your body. Also, there is no golden ratio that works for everyone; instead, your ideal varies depending on your body type and carb tolerance. In her published book, UNLOCK YOUR MACRO TYPE, Christine teaches readers about the five Macro Types, bio-individual nutritional blueprints rooted in science and backed by real-world results. Some will be surprised to discover they should actually be eating more calories, and not less.
