  • When you're a fully self employed rent paying PT, how much control/influence can a gym have in terms of what you offer, what you sell etc? Or what would be reasonable? I'm talking strictly your Coaching services, not sex toys, gimp masks and all that.

I feel very guilty when I take time to do something for me because then I'm not working 'ON' my business or spending time with family etc. I always feel like I should be doing something else because if I don't, it won't get done.
