A series of family tragedies happened rapid fire, followed by the loss of his dream business. He found himself living in a Smart Car at a highway reststop, which makes even living in a van down by the river sound luxurious by comparison. What's more, even when Kelly met the woman of his dreams she ended up passing away tragically...and suddenly. So how can one even have the audacity to bounce back after hitting rock bottom like that? Well, Kelly happens to have been a bodybuilder for all of his adult life, so he naturally realized he needed to start applying the same discipline to his mental, emotional and spiritual states as he had been to his physical fitness.
