James has been working with nutritional clients for 13 years now. In that time, he has worked with many different types of goals and clients. From working with athletes in MLB, NBA, NHL, NFL, CrossFit Games athletes to bariatric patients, diabetics (type I & II), and general weight loss/muscle gain. His company is 27 health and wellness, and is co-owner of Crossfit Trivium in Brentwood Tennessee.
