Cardio, to many is one of the more dreaded words associated with fitness but to others its a passion! Regardless of which side you agree with its important that you incorporate cardiovascular exercise into your fitness routine! In this episode I cover 2 different methods of cardio in HIIT (High intensity interval training) and Steady State Training. I cover the basics of both and go over some advantages and disadvantages of both. I also discuss how you can decide which form of cardio is best suited for you and your goals!
