1) What level emphasis does he place on gut health? Is there any steps he suggest for maintaining good gut health?
2) How bio available are micro nutrients in multivitamins? Are they worth taking?
3) What are good blood test markers or other test markers to look at? With these markers is there any adjustments one could make to optimize diet and lifestyle to fit their genetics?
