Sometimes contracting undifferentiated racial justice learning for “all staff” groups may not be the most effective approach for learning and development. For example, employees who identify as Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) already navigate fatigue and should not be burdened with educating their white colleagues about racism.
