The third chakra, our yellow Solar Plexus holds our mental aspects and connects us to our thoughts and mental processes.

Becoming aware of the way we analyse the world and what happens to us, helps us become conscious of the way we perceive ourselves. Processing our thoughts with reason, develops our mental capabilities and bridges the scenarios unfolding in our heads with reality.

The Solar Plexus is also the seat of our Personality, our sense of self-identity. Herein lie our issues of power, control, responsibility and boundaries.

Working with the energies of this chakra, allows us to come in contact with a great energy reserve within us, and utilise it to carry out our personal power and will, through focused effort.
