The 3-2 nap transition can be fraught with overtiredness, confusion and often transitioning our babies before our little one’s are ready. Often parents jump the gun as like any stage in early development of our children we are excited to take the next step. But there can be pitfalls parents experience if they transition to 2 naps to early!
