Jasmine also shares with us how she cares for her mental health and her secret to moving her body all day!

Jasmine L. Holmes is an educator, research assistant, and author of Carved in Ebony and Mother to Son. She creates public history resources for teachers and lifelong learners. Jasmine and her husband, Phillip, live in Jackson, Mississippi, with their three sons.
