This week Michelle speaks with Tania Lodi founder of Tania's Tea House located in the prestigious Jumeirah Beach, Dubai. The cafe is aesthetically beautiful and has been voted the 7th most instagrammable cafe in the world, which is very impressive. The cafe attracts people far and wide from the quintessential Jumeriah Janes to social media-savvy millennials. In this episode, we speak about Tania's personal journey in life the motivation and process of creating one of the most successful tea houses in Dubai. During Tania's university studies she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, which led her to research natural remedies as an alternative to medicine. Tania discovered the wonderful health benefits of tea drinking and uses this to help and inspire others. She also has a serious peanut allergy, so training her cafe staff about allergies and food intolerances was paramount.
