Today, in part two of a two-episode series with my friend and corrective exercise specialist Brianne, we debunked myths about group fitness, posture bras, and bulking up.
We also discussed exercises both to avoid and ones to focus on for hygienists.
Brianne has been a Personal Trainer for 12 years and has various certifications, including Corrective Exercise Specialist, and is currently pursuing her Biomechanics Specialist Certificate.
She has been helping RDHs since 2022 and has worked with over 150 clients nationwide and in Canada.
Her Lift for Longevity method helps to correct muscle imbalances and restore posture to alleviate pain without having to rely on temporary fixes. Her goal is to empower and educate RDHs on how to take control of their physical health by building a balanced body that is both strong and resilient to enjoy life in and outside the op.
