Parenting as a freelancer can be challenging, but also hugely rewarding. This episode we’re joined by Katherine Capaldi and Roz Howarth, who are both involved in running the ITI Parent and Carer Network, to talk about how to survive and thrive as a freelance parent.

Katherine Capaldi Katherine Capaldi is a freelance translator working from French, Spanish and Portuguese into English, mainly in retail, market research and academic research. She is also the Network Co-Ordinator for the ITI Parent and Carer Network. She lives in Devon with her husband and three daughters. Website

Roz Howarth Roz (Rosalind) Howarth has been a freelance FrenchEnglish Interpreter and French to English translator for over 16 years, specialising in legal, business and HR. She is a founding member of the ITI Parent and Carer Network and has been organising Network events for nearly four years, covering aspects of how to run your business and be a parent or carer.
