Dr. Brad Miller likes to be known as “The Adversity Doctor” linking comedy with cancer therapy. He is not a medical doctor but had a career of over 43 years as a pastor and obtained his doctoral degree in ministry. After retiring, he was diagnosed with cancer. He said that he laughed to keep from crying after he heard the diagnosis. Dr. Miller has since brought his extensive experience in ministry and his doctoral degree in personal transformation and linked those with his love for comedy to create the Cancer and Comedy Podcast. He shares with us the 3 Hs – healing with hope and humor – that can be effectively used as therapy for all health challenges.
