Guest John Lambe chats with Kev about adapting training during the Corona Virus lockdown in the UK. The chat goes on to talk about the need for support, tolerance and understanding for everyone in our communities.

John is influential in the local running scene having set up a group to introduce people to trail running. John promotes social activities between clubs in the area as well as being a dedicated member of his club Acre Street Runners.
