Be ready to be inspired. This man has done it all!
"From 5k's to 10k's and of course 1/2 marathons than the marathons."
Gary has run many marathons including Boston x7, NYC, Big Sur, Pikes Peek, Mt. Desert Island, etc. He not only walked across Pennsylvania and Connecticut he also has completed 100 milers, 2 day, 3 day, 6 day and even 10 day races.
"I broke 24 hours in the 100 (miler)."
"I thought where am I gonna find something that is 150 miles long?"
"Just a tad over 150 miles for 48 hours so that was pretty cool, and then I said there's got to be more than that!"
"The next year they had a 3 day race. I ran a 201 (miles) and got 3rd overall."
"I could do 6 days how tough could that be."
"I've run 6-6 day races down there and my best is 325 miles."
"They had a 10 day race for the 10 year anniversary I ended up covering 529 miles."
Yes, Gary did hallucinate and see a yellow submarine!
