This meditation was created to experience the energies of a mountain to help bring peace and a sense of vast space within ourselves. This 9 minute experience will enhance your ability to let go of regret, of the past, grief, sorrow and to forgive yourself. Visualize being in a mountainous area where you are small in size compared to these enormous rock formations. See yourself as large as these mountains in a different way. You are part of the mountain.
