Heather McCurdy is an adult-focused private practice owner and serves patients in-person and virtually in the state of Indiana. Heather loves treating patients with post-traumatic brain injury (including athletes post-concussion) and dementia. When Heather's not working, she enjoys spending time with her three kiddos.
