"Train for the unknown and the unknowable" Times may be scary at the moment. But guess what? You have been training for this all along. You come in everyday, willingly put yourself through adversity, and come out stronger because of it. The same applies to the current situation we find ourselves in with the coronavirus scare. While your daily life may have been thrown through the ringer recently, but try to find the silver lining in the situation. Have you been saying you need to work more on mobility for the last year? Dedicate 10 minutes a day to stretching. Always wish you had more time to read? Now seems like as good a time as any! There are many factors outside of our control at the moment. But there are also many things we can controlu, one being your health and fitness during these uncertain times. Let our coaches know how we can help.
