It's no secret the face of "social" media has changed.
Today, networks like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others have become ad and algorithm-driven, making it increasingly difficult to maintain social standards once championed and rewarded by these platforms. Oftentimes, it's hard to even tell if you're connecting with a real person or a bot dead set on scamming you.
With podcasting, you always know you're connecting with a real person and, when value is front of mind with all parties involved, the opportunities for relationships to spark and big ideas to unfold is elevated in spades.
If you ask me, podcasting has become the new SOCIAL media of our world and brands, businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals at all levels need to make it part of their communication structure.
This is the debut installment of Podcast Theory Live and I couldn't think of a better topic to tackle as I get this new series off the ground.
