If you abide in Me, and let Me abide in you, you will bear fruit. The Greek word means to remain, to dwell, to take up residence. So, with respect to Christ, abiding means sharing His life. Joh 15:7-9 Let My words dwell richly in your heart. Keep on abiding in His love. We choose whether or not we will abide in Him and let Him abide in us. Each and every day, we can choose to let His word dwell richly in our hearts - or not. Each and every day, we can decide to live our lives in His love - or not. The word of God is a living thing.
