I want to thank everyone who participated in these conversations. These conversations are hard, but we must have them if we're going to dismantle systemic racism in our country and in our college.

Thanks again to every member of our conversation. It takes a great deal of courage to have these conversations.

• As the Call to Action, I remind you that if something made you feel uncomfortable or even angry, please sit with that for a little while. Ask yourself why. Have a conversation with a colleague you trust to talk with you honestly about the issues of race and racism.
