i’m baaaack. i’ve gotta say, it’s been a while since I filmed this episode. but i’m so happy to tell you i’ll be back posting the pod weekly. i’ve missed it but i’ve needed a break. the last thing I wanted to admit was I needed a no time limit break where I could just breathe and gather my ideas and thoughts. i’m not entirely sure i’m even completely ready to be done with this break. that’s why im starting back only with posting the podcast but not putting so much pressure on myself in all aspects of my life. also, in this video I mentioned i’d be posting all the episodes i’ve missed during the week I start back being consistent. however, I realized that’d be impractical and could burn me out if I did that. not because I don’t love this, but because so much has been going on in my life. thank you so much for understanding and for those of you who have reached out. I love you. come back every week because i’ve finally got the setup figured out so we’ll have a more consistent spot to talk… and next week i’ll have a SURPRISE guest!
