The Thomas Judd Care Center aims to enable everyone in Munson's service regions to know their HIV status through outreach and education. TJCC provides educational resources to help keep community members safe, along with case management, medical care, and resources to help with a positive diagnosis. Dr. Christine Nefcy, Chief Medical Officer at Munson Healthcare hosts this episode with three members from the TJCC Heidi Lovey, community health specialist, Victoria Cammarata, patient care manager, and Shawn Kintigh, nurse practitioner at the clinic.
