What are the biggest mistakes when it comes to running your business? Saying yes when you should've said no. Based on the conversations we've had with entrepreneurs and some of the experiences we've had ourselves, the biggest mistakes and things that will set you back the most are the people you shouldn't be working with in the first place.
It's so easy to get into a position where you want to say yes every time want to be everything to everyone, but that can get you into a really tight spot.
To avoid some of the largest headaches and setbacks, sometimes the best thing we can say is, "NO."
