Is conflict destroying relationships in your community? Are offenses creating division? Feeling at a loss as a leader? What if I told you there is a way to grow through conflict rather than be destroyed by it.
Conflict is inevitable whenever humans are in communion together. However, it can be an opportunity for growth rather than a cause for division. While it is not easy, by following God’s principles, it is possible to find a way through conflict and experience God’s blessing.
Thanks for joining us on Part 2 of our series about handling conflict. In Part 1, we discussed 5 reasons that you need a conflict policy. Today we are going to read through an example conflict policy, so you can see how this powerful tool might be used to master conflict in your community.
