Amazon is launching Alexa+, a new version of Alexa powered by generative AI. It learns user preferences to offer customized suggestions and is designed to be proactive and readily available when needed. Alexa+ is free for Amazon Prime members, enhancing the value of a Prime membership. It will be available across various platforms, including Echo devices, a mobile app, and a browser-based experience, with early access rolling out to select users.
