You guys. I can't even tell you damn exciting this week's episode is. My man man in Cancun is THE man when it comes to positivity, creativity, and motivation. I can't say enough good things about Jay Kali, aka the Strength Architect. This is one of the greatest conversations I've had in a long with anyone. He pushes everyone he comes into contact with to be better and do better, for a multitude of reasons. One of the best things he says in this interview is that taking care of ourselves through nutrition, hydration, sleep, learning, and fitness is just like on an airplane when you're instructed to put your oxygen mask on before you help others. Damn! I mean, you can't help anyone else if you're fighting to breathe.
I left this conversation motivated as hell to get back on track, even after not succeeding on my list in January. It truly was a fantastic reminder that I didn't fail one month, but rather I was set up for success for the next eleven months.
