For this episode, I decided to do something different and to share a guided healing meditation with you. As some of you know, I share meditations often through online meditation groups, privately and through the app Insight Timer. Through feedback received from others I’ve come to understand that some of my meditations are inspiring healing in some of you. With this in mind as well as the new season that has just arrived here on the Northern hemisphere, here is an energy cleansing meditation. New meditators welcome; this is accessible to everyone.
