Mandy Keyworth is a hypnotherapist specializing in addiction therapy. On this episode, she openly talks about being the problem, chasing the glamour, ego vs. self esteem, death by installments, asking the right questions, the irony of willpower, and believing in hope.
Since childhood, Mandy Keyworth has always been driven to help anyone become the best version of themselves. Her journey to helping others began in the NHS working as a nurse for many years until she pursued a Degree in Medical Science. She then transitioned to providing medical equipment within the NHS.
Developing Graves’ Disease due to prolonged stress, Mandy realised the magnificent connection between the mind and body. This led her to explore the power of changing our thoughts and behaviours by accessing the subconscious mind, through Hypnotherapy.
Mandy is now a qualified Hypnotherapist specialising in Addiction Therapy. Having overcome addiction herself, she is now committed to helping her clients overcome addiction, as well as with a variety of other issues.
