This is the second of a four part series on the Feldenkrais™ Work. This week we’re joined by Anita Schnee. Anita Schnee is a Feldenkrais™ Practitioner who is very familiar with my work. The Feldenkrais™ Work can be difficult to define because it is experienced differently by each person who uses it. I relate to the Feldenkrais™ work through my work with horses. Anita has a very different relationship with the work. In this episode we talk about some of the many ways in which an Awareness Through Movement Lesson can be experienced.
