In our first episode of ‘Emotional Intelligence - Get Acquainted’, our hosts welcome special guest Deborah McPhilemy, emotional intelligence trainer of 16 years and author of many books, including The Relationship Magnet. She is also creator of Teddy’s Inc, a set of programmes aimed at teaching emotional intelligence to parents and their children. Today they discuss what emotional intelligence is, how the concept relates to healthcare, as well as exploring their past experiences and how emotional intelligence had an impact on their lives as a whole.
